Al has been a highly successful
coach in Niagara Falls winning 3 Ontario Minor Hockey Association Championships.
A previous coach of the Riverhawks, he has been the General Manager and
Director of Hockey Operations for the past five seasons. Al brings a wealth
of experience to the Riverhawks and the ability to seek out qualified and
dedicated hockey players. Al has been inducted into the City of Niagara
Falls Sports Wall of Fame.

Winston has been a big supporter of
hockey in Chippawa and been involved with the team for the past 17 years.
Winston has been very successful in evaluating hockey talent and has been
instrumental in the success of Chippawa teams in the past. Winston was inducted
into the City’s Sports Wall of Fame as a Builder in 1999.

Ron is entering his fourth season with the RiverHawks. Having spent two
seasons as an assistant coach under Chris Johnstone, Ron is now in his second
season in management. Previous to joining the RiverHawks, Ron coached minor
hockey in Niagara Falls for 14 seasons and was involved in an executive role as
well for many years. Ron resides in Niagara Falls and works for Canada Customs.
